Professionalism was not what I expected. Move helpers showed up with sagging pants, did not stick to original time. Seem like they was trying to extend the time took to long to just load. Which carried into extending the time a hr. Overall not too happy with the service

The first company I booked never scheduled with me so U-Haul customer service helped me switched to this company.. the representative from the company reached out fairly quickly. Very nice and polite. They arrived when stated. Not uniformed and they bought a baby with them during the move - that was all over the place. On a scale of 1-10.. they were a 5. Needed a bed put together.. they were standing around trying to figure it out. If it’s simple- they could assemble, but it’s it a little complicated- I don’t recommend. I needed laborers and they got me moved on the second floor. Which I needed. They followed up to get me scheduled and I was able to get moved.

Top Safe Moving, a good company. Newer team to the field, Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customers. Last minute accommodating. Please be very communicative with this team . If you want dollys or equipment, you must verbalize , and also verify start time! Would hire again

The movers did a fabulous job on our move. Very respectful and worked very hard to complete the move. They were able to do wonders in making sure the truck was packed correctly. Thanks Top Safe Moving.

I had the movers for 3 hours they didn’t complete the job even though I had all the things that needed moving in the living room and dining room. I have video of them dropping my boxes off a dolly and all my drinking glasses, plates, wine glasses, bowls, coffee cups, mugs, and drinking pitchers were broken even tho I had them wrapped up. The lady that dropped them off also cursed out my neighbor. I’m so upset. Please think twice before using them.
