Arturo and Issac did an amazing job unloading my POD especially considering the difficulty they had opening the POD because it was overfilled. They were patient and persistent in getting it open. Once open they work efficiently and quick to unload the POD and made sure to ask where to put each box. They were so kind in opening up the boxes that were not labeled so I can figure out where the boxes go. Just really professional and good workers. Will definitely work with them again.

I used Smoove Move today to pack two storage units into a 20 ft. U-haul, travel 30 minutes, then unload the truck into a house. Arturo and his helper (Isaac, I think) were top-notch - on time, very personable, communicative, and professional. The reporting location was apparently given to the company incorrectly prior to moving day (possibly my fault), but whoever was on the other end of the text messages was great too and able to pivot easily to get it sorted out. The crew worked hard for four hours. Arturo in particular did a fantastic job packing the truck in a very efficient, Tetris-like fashion. He was the lead and I really liked that he was patient with his helper (who seemed slightly less experienced) guiding him gently in the best ways to lift things. Once we got to the house, the crew unloaded the truck super fast. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely use them again. Thanks!

There was a minor hiccup with the system allowing me to select the date I needed the help for (11-10-25) but when the company confirmed my request they said they would be arriving between 7;15 - 8;45am on the 11th. After contacting customer service they were able to adjust the date to the 10th like I needed. The rest of the service went off without a hitch. The 2 guys that did the loading were amazing!!! I highly recommend! If I wasn't moving across country I would definitely use this company again! It was worth every penny.
