Unfortunately, I'm not able to give this moving company a good review. Communication was alright, I was given a wide arrival time window rather than an ETA, though they did let me know when they received my box at the U-Haul location. The biggest issue was that the company had scheduled two movers to help with unloading my U-Box, but only one showed up. My partner and I ended up helping out with moving some items in order to finish unloading the box in a timely fashion. The building management also requested the U-Box trailer to be backed into the loading dock of the building, but the mover refused to do so and stayed double-parked in the street. Additionally, some paint on our walls was nicked while items were being moved into our unit. On a positive note, I do appreciate their flexibility on rescheduling my move when the U-Haul pickup location did not have my box at the correct location.
