The previous person who had handled my U-box had put the cover on backwards. By the time Best Movers had to deal with it, they had to figure out how to unload it backwards. They remained calm the entire time, and successfully unloaded the box with the door only being able to open halfway. They were helpful through-out the entire process. They even had to put up with confusion on the date before they even picked up the box. I would recommend these people to anyone.

One mover stood outside smoking right until they started moving our stuff. As a non-smoker, I did not appreciate someone smoking so near me and my stuff. They were not overly careful with our items, and my antique dresser now has a broken drawer from when it was dropped, and the headboard has some pretty serious scuffs on one side. Seemed they were more interested in being fast than being careful. I would not hire this company again.
