As pointed out in my review of U-Haul services, the Denver facility made a mistake which prevented Caeful Carriers from making the delivery on Oct 30th and rolled it over to the next day. On Balance I was very satisfied with the performance of Careful Carriers. Only toward the end of the day did it become clear that the mistake was going to prevent delivery, but I felt that both U-Haul and Careful Carriers, might have advised us earlier. PS. I gave Careful Carriers a $30 cash tip. so no tip is authorized below.
