CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!! Damaged every single piece of wooden furniture in our move! Scratches, dents, rub marks to bare wood, you name it. On top of that they were incredibly sneaky about it. They carefully arranged the furniture and drawers so that the damaged areas faced the wall or were hidden by other furniture. I have absolutely zero idea how they had respectable ratings on MovingHelp-Uhaul. Caused thousands of dollars in damage and United Shipping nor MovingHelp is willing to offer any compensation. I have an email where he fully admits that he loaded the truck in a manner that would damage the furniture, but claimed that he told me this so it is my fault that stuff was damaged. What a bunch on nonsense from someone completely devoid of integrity. Speaking of lack of integrity, check out MovingHelp on the BBB website. I sure wish I would have. They do not stand by their movers at all, and don't think the insurance is going to protect you. Crew was also 2 hours late.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! It's painful to be forced to give them 1 star which is much higher than they deserve. Every single piece of wood furniture that they touched was damaged. How could anyone be that incompetent? They caused THOUSANDS of dollars of damage to my furniture, and then blamed ME for how THEY loaded the truck. I only told them what I want loaded, never how or in what order. They were told to please be careful and stressed how we didn't want things damaged. Didn't use nearly enough moving blankets or secure items. Also showed up 30 minutes late. Neither MovingHelp-Uhaul nor the movers are willing to offer any sort of compensation, and we are pursuing the matter in small claims court. I would not trust any mover booked on Uhaul. Read their own website about becoming a mover. No insurance or background check needed, and they take any shmuck that's willing. Look up MovingHelp on the BBB. Do yourself a favor and run away from United Shipping and MovivingHelp.
