We scheduled about 12 hours before the time needed due to an unexpected change on our end. Phil & Paul accepted the last minute job & arrived on time. They were pleasant, professional, and worked efficiently in below-freezing temperatures to quickly unload the truck (1 bedroom, parked close, no stairs). They communicated well throughout, placing our items where & how we requested. They finished the 2-hour job in about an hour, and asked if there was anything else they could do for us before they left. We highly recommend Phil & Paul, and we would use them again.
