First, I never got a reply confirming that the company had received the information it requested by email regarding the specific time, date and location of the move. The week of the move (to be on Saturday), I called to confirm, leaving a message on Wednesday morning. I had not received a call back

We requested a 7:00 am start time and the two guys arrived at 7:53. It was pouring rain and I'm sure that made things go slower than we had hoped. One of the young men was very small and not very strong, so I actually helped them lift and move the desk. The movers were nice, polite young men.

I hired helpers for loading and unload for two separate days. Cameron and Ben did an excellent job packing my truck. I ordered a truck to small but they filled it the best they could. The next day Jonathan and Noah were professional and did a good job putting all my stuff into my new 2 story house.

They couldn’t have been better - fast, thorough, caring, and a great attitude. They even took the time to repack the truck after they realized the load was smaller so it wouldn’t shift even though we were only going a few miles. I have already recommended them to friends!

The movers scratched up my floor with the couch ripped up my hand railing, dented my wall and broke the footrest of the couch. They took pictures of the damage saying that they would have their boss reimburse me for the damage to the floor, but I never heard back from them.

The team was exceptional. I moved on an extremely warm day here in Minnesota but they didn’t let the heat slow them down. I was really impressed and would highly recommend them for your move.
