Was disappointed in the fact they showed up 2 hours late and then scratched up the walls some on our staircase, that was freshly painted.

Once they got here, there was NO messing about. Any complaint I have is with U-Haul (all scheduling went through them and it was a nightmare).

After initial difficulty w/ communication, Elite came through! Even with logistical issues & difficulty with communication with U-Haul, Elite patiently worked w/ local U-Haul. Absolutely recommend!!!!
