Mover was two hours late. Move involved a baby grand piano. I should have known how difficult this is. The right equipment and knowledge is crucial. I should have hired a pro piano mover. Live and learn.

Movers were 3 hrs late due to car issues. At first they gave updates on the status but when they were almost an hour later than they said they would be, I had to call and track them down to find out if they were coming to the site. When they did arrive they got the job done within the allotted time
