The two men who showed up were very communicative as to letting me know they were on their way with the arrival time and updated me as they ran into a traffic and were running later than expected (which I hit too as I was driving the U-Haul). Very professional. Didn’t complain about the millions of stairs or tight turns and got the job done. Really appreciate it!

Apart from the shoe prints on top of my TV stand and my tack trunk and the guys being 45 mins late, they handled the move very well. They stayed the entire time and a little after to make up for being late. It seems there was a miscommunication with the owner and the movers. Professsional and finished the job - the two men were hard workers.

I would have rated them a 0 but you can’t and they did come out same day, last minute. But, these were the worst movers I ever had. I’ve moved a lot, and it never takes more than 2.5 hours to load and 1 to unload. It took 4.5 hours. I put blankets on everything I wanted wrapped and they kept trying to load stuff without wrapping them. My mom saw one of them carrying an empty Walmart box to load. They asked us if the closet shelves went (they were built in and permanent) and the curtains, which were clearly custom for the house. We had to keep reminding them of big items that were right in front of them to which they replied they didn’t see them. This was in addition to a lot of breaks and a lot of standing around. Then because they took so long, their boss insisted on the payment code even though they only loaded, not loaded and unloaded as I paid for. Then this shady dude wanted me to pay $200 for them to unload. Because they took so long I had to rent the truck for another day.
