Communication in advance of moving my gun safe was good. That was where the good ended. These guys were so far in over their heads it was not even funny. I specifically requested a crew to move a gun safe and nothing else. The two guys that showed up were courteous but they didn’t have a clue how to load a gun safe and it was a heavy safe. I had already moved the safe from inside my home to the garage. They only had to move it 10 ft from my garage into a U-Haul trailer. It was a sh&t show to watch. They ended up scratching up the back and sides of the safe trying to get it into the trailer. The moving dolly they brought was a joke and I thought for sure they would break an axle or blow a tire in the short distance they had to move it. I ended up having to pay these clowns in CA more than twice the amount I had to pay a top notch crew in AZ to unload the safe and move it into my home. I would never recommend these guys to move heavy specialty items like a gun safe.

Super lucky to have found these guys! We needed to move out by end of day today and ended up needing a U-Haul and U-Haul storage unit. We were so over moving and knew we needed help. Called up heroic movers and they were available right away! I was shocked. Phil helped us get the unloading done in record time. These guys saved us from 3 hours worth of work. Will definitely hire them again!
