The guys were great, they showed up on time, had their own gear, moved quickly, and got the large appliances into the smaller rooms safely and up the stairs without anything getting damaged. Definitely would recommend or use it again.

Was worried since I had to move everything from my tightly parked truck in SF up several long flights of stairs with narrow hallways to my 3rd floor apartment, but these guys handled it super well! Very happy with their service. They also looked out for my stuff, e.g. when opening the truck they caught stuff that was about to fall. They got everything done well within the time frame, not even 1.5 hours. I was a little hesitant about spending $600 for 3 guys and 2 hours of work, but it was worth it. You get what you pay for.
