Movers absolutely destroyed all of the furniture they ‘disassembled.’ My baby’s crib, bed frame, and my desk were all packed in random half-dissembled pieces - none of which were plastic wrapped before they were thrown into the moving truck. We tried to reassemble the crib, but there’s so much damage it’s unsafe for my baby to sleep in it. They didn’t keep track of any of the hardware so I can’t reassemble our bed frame or my desk. I’m out over $1000 to try and replace these items. Plus not all of our items could fit in the moving truck - we had to leave our patio furniture behind. If the movers properly disassembled our furniture that probably wouldn’t have been an issue.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent moving experience. The two movers sent to help were clearly untrained and unprepared to handle basic tasks like moving mattresses or dressers. They arrived late, moved painfully slowly, and my husband ended up having to step in and help. Their lack of experience resulted in damaged walls and several holes in my dresser, which was very upsetting. One mover was female, and both were smaller in stature, which may have contributed to the struggle with heavier items. While the company communicated well regarding my reservation, the service itself was frustrating and far from meeting expectations. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Ray was WONDERFUL. At every turn when something went weird, he worked with it every step of the way. After I got to my destination to unload I realized just how expertly he packed everything! If I had done it everything would have broken. I'm really impressed.
