The foreman on the job had an attitude from the moment he stepped foot on our property. I provided 48 furniture pads, utility dollie straps, furniture mover, 2 large rolls of plastic wrap, mattress bags and a tv box. They used maybe a dozen furniture pads and the plastic wrap but ONLY after moving the furniture outside to the van. There were holes and scratches on my walls on my stairs because of this. The mattress bags were not used. Tv box was not used. Refused to use the utility dolly straps. I went over what pieces were priority pieces at least 2x before anything was moved and then reminded them throughout. NEVER once did I change what needed to be moved. Eventually I had to have them unload furniture to wrap it for protection and then lot it back. They wanted me to pay for additional time when they not only did it improperly but violated their own company policy on how things were to be loaded and handled. Worst experience.
