Terrence, Tiana and Michael were outstanding. They were friendly, efficient and cognizant of our needs. Just one Minor damaged item. Will Definitely use them again if needed. Super job.

Terence was over 1 hour away when I contacted his company about unloading a moving truck for me on Saturday morning. Terence met me less than 2 hours later and unloaded a 16 ft truck of items in a storage unit. He was professional and prepared to do the job. A hour and 15 minutes later the truck was empty and the storage unit was organized as I requested. I would refer him to others and use him again.

I am beyond disappointed with this moving company. They showed no care in packing our belongings, resulting in numerous items being damaged, including my 65 TV. When my husband called to address the issue, the owner assured us they would reimburse us for the TV. Based on their word, we purchased a replacement TV from Walmart and sent over the receipt as requested. After that, they completely ghosted us. To make matters worse, they blocked our phone number. When we tried calling from my work phone, the owner suddenly pretended not to hear us and hung up. This company has no integrity and clearly doesn’t stand behind their promises. Their behavior is appalling, and I would strongly urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and heartache. DO NOT BOOK.
