Hire them immediately! Best service ever. My movers to load my truck never came. Smooth movers were to unload me the following morning. They were so gracious and understanding as I did not know if movers would show or what time the following day and had a 6 hour drive. They said not to worry no matter whT time they would take care of me and did they ever. Driving in a sudden snow storm they checked in w me and reassured me all would be well. Arriving 10 hours after initial reservation they quickly unloaded me and were so friendly. Would hire them anytime again

Wes & helper were AMAZING! We’ve used them before & wouldn’t use anyone else! They are hard workers & were very careful with our belongings. They were happy to do anything that was asked of them with no complaints! We highly recommend them!

Really struggling with this review. The owner was great. Great at communication and easy to work with. However I cannot say the same about the entire crew. There were customer service and communication issues. The owner did mention that he would work with his crew.

The guys were great and were a huge help. Very officiant, friendly and flexible on time when our schedule changed for the day. We wouldn’t have made it through this move without them. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Weslee and his team were absolutely awesome! They were very professional, kind and caring!! We had a lot of heavy furniture, and they made sure that each piece was brought in carefully to not hit any walls, even in the tight squeezes! They were so easy to work with and had no problem unloading 7 U-Haul Uboxes, yes 7!!, into the rooms specified on the boxes. Every box and piece of furniture was handled with such care! They were spot on to notice any damage that happened in transit to furniture so we could take pictures. This was so much appreciated!! We highly recommend MOvelocity for all your moving needs whether large or small! They are the best!!!
