We did not have the best experience with this moving service. While the movers were very friendly and respectful, they showed up an hour and a half late for the job and then did not have any sense of urgency while getting us packed up. We finally had to cut them off at the loading location so they would have time to unload at the other location, and ended up having to finish packing and moving many things ourselves. My husband drove the U-Haul to the next location, and had to wait 30 minutes there before they showed up for the unload. They did comp us for that time, and got the job mostly done with a few remaining things we’ll had to unload and carry upstairs ourselves.

Very nice gentleman that helped unload a U-Haul for me. There was great communication before the move however during the move they were not very careful with some larger items. I watched my desk get scratched while being moved off a dolly and boxes were thrown around a bit more than I’d prefer. Overall- I really appreciate the help but wish they would have been a bit more careful.

Jerry, Andy, and Roy were wonderful. They were amazingly efficient and made sure all of my items were securely packed into my moving container and that everything would be protected in transit. Would definitely recommend them for anyone in the Triangle.
