I appreciate that they were flexible with me on the timing. UHual changed my order twice. However, when they eventually got to my place. I had already started loading the truck. He immediately started moving my stuff around saying that he prefers that customers wait until he gets there because he has his way if doing things. He needs to understand that customers do not have to wait on him. Furthermore, your customer hired you. You take direction from the person paying to help. Unless otherwise requested that they take the lead. They were only there for 45 min and got paid for two hours. I wouldn't recommend them since they assume there customers do not know what they are doing

The service was good, Alex was above and beyond; the only one thing that they need to improve is the working tools, -they need back protection belt, dollies and whatever other tools which can be utilized for lift and handling heavy and oversized stuff; the better to keep themselves safe and expedite the work. We hired Cross The Border on January 9, 2025, to move the contents of our 3-bedroom apartment into a storage unit. They required an additional hour to finish, which wasn’t a major issue, but what’s unacceptable is the damage they caused and tried to hide. They broke our TV stand, desk, and loveseat cup holder without informing us. We only discovered the damage during our second move when another company, Hand 2 Hands, brought it to our attention. The TV stand and desk are irreparable and will cost $280 to replace, plus $15 for the loveseat repair. Their attempt to conceal the damage instead of taking responsibility shows a lack of integrity. I cannot recommend Cross The Border. If you hire them, inspect your belongings thoroughly afterward.
