At first, starting off it seemed like it was going to be organized, prepared, & we would have great communication. However, I received a time frame which they did come at Exactly the end of it. But I was informed by someone who worked there that the movers were on the way when they wasn’t on their way Yet. The movers arrived without a truck nor tools. Mainly spoke to 1 guy, the other guy didn’t really communicate with me. We had to use an Uhaul that I paid for. The main mover debated that taking a piece at a time to the new unit (in walking distance) was better than loading the Uhaul completely than unloading in front of the new location. I asked them to please focus on the beds, dressers, & couch. They did not get to taking a full bed frame out, nor a dresser that he informed me over & over that he was going to get it. The bed that was taken out was not put together at the new place. Even with 30 min to spare, it seemed like an exit prep was happening rather than moving more items.

Jose and Chris were awesome! Great communication even when I hired them a day before I needed unloading of U-Boxes. Very careful with my belongings and friendly throughout their time helping me. They did not rush but they got done within 2 hours. Jose even left me a couple of records when he heard I had a record player in my pile of furniture. Super kind people who work hard. I would hire them again!

I really appreciate these guys coming out and getting everything heavy off the truck and into it's proper place. The previous company refused to come out because of the drive distance but these guys had a great attitude and unloaded the entire truck in less than 45 minutes! 10 out of 10 would recommend. Tipped both guys an ounce of silver for helping us out in our time of need.
