The movers were delayed day off due to Uhaul unloading schedule, and the communication letting me know was delayed which was frustrating. The actual movers did a good job overall - some scuffed up walls for sure but that's not the end of the world. The most frustrating part was that they apparently didn't return the furniture pads to Uhaul even though they took my Uboxes back with the pads in them. I was then charged $325 by Uhaul for 'missing furniture pads' and when I contacted the moving company to ask what happened they never got back to me after multiple reach outs. I ended up having to file a dispute with Uhaul and my credit card because the movers didn't finish the job properly. Overall, would not recommend

I needed moving help for my out-of-state move and Jennifer and Dawson were FANTASTIC!! I had some traffic delays and they were very easy to contact, we had clear communication, and great flexibility. Even in the 90+ degree humidity, they were hustling to get the job done, while taking extra care with my things. Highly recommend and will use again for any of my future moving needs.
