A mixed review for this company. FIrst of all, I never received a confirmation after booking the reservation. I texted the number, finally called and had to leave a voicemail. They called me back in a day or two. I was informed at that time that they had moved on to Las Vegas and didn't serve Bullhead City anymore BUT if I would pay $50 for mileage they would still do the job. The night before the move, I was texted that they wanted to add one more person to the moving crew for another $75. I agreed to that because the load was big enough to unload that it was probably warranted. (they did however finish in just over 4 hours and I had to pay for time not needed). He also wanted the $50 mileage to be paid in CASH instead of through the UHAUL online portal. As for the unloading crew itself, they did a reasonable job and I have no problems with their work. But because of the poor communication and dancing that had to be done with the cost, I probably would NOT use this company again.
