Let's talk about the good stuff first. The team did a good job on a small, easy project. It was a two-story so everything had to be shuttled up the elevator and down a long hallway. They took the time to ask where each item went and were very polite. For the actual job itself, they did great. Where I had issues were with the extra stuff. For example, the move was in an assisted living facility. On the way out, we offered both workers water. One left his empty bottle on an inside bench on his way out the door. Petty and unnecessary. More of an issue was the poor communication on the day of the move. They were over 30 minutes late and all of my calls were ignored when I tried to get an updated ETA. Yet later in the day, they managed to find the phone to call and ask for the payment code. No matter how good of a job you do, I wouldn't recommend them or use them again after the way they made me feel and the way they communicated. Respect is important.

Andrew and Ben were wonderful. They moved everything they were supposed to inspite of my disorganization. They were extremely helpful and did an amazing job moving everything into my Uhaul. They were organized, considerate, respectful and handled everything in a super fashion. Definitely going to use them again for my final move
