We had a 26 foot U-Haul for a 3 bedroom house (no couches and we had already moved one room). They threw every thing into the truck damaging and scrapping furniture and could not fit about 20 percent of our things. If we had moved the truck chairs that were thrown on top would have slid and done more damage. We ended up spending the next 4 hours unpacking and repacking the truck and managed to fit everything since we packed it correctly and safely. The companies communication was great however I would not recommend their services. Moving is stressful enough without having to unpack and repack a truck.
