Youmas Moving

I just wanted to write an amazing review on this company because my moving truck was stuck in the mud and these 2 men did everything they could to help me, the representative in the officer was also a big help and communicated with me everything step of the way and I was so thankful for them , 4 almost 5 hours it took for the moving truck to be pulled out of the mud and once it was out the movers went right to work , moving me and unloading me fast and handling my things with care , this company will definitely get my business again !

They did a great job and was very professional, but when all my furniture was unpacked it was very extensive damage to my wooden tables and leather couch scratched and many other items damaged.

Crew bickered about the order of doing each step of the move, wasting time. Ultimately took twice as long as was estimated, and they loaded things on the truck so that not all my furniture would fit on the truck. If they had done the furniture first, I would have just had to mail some boxes to myself. Instead, I had to rent a storage unit and get another truck and crew to finish moving me out in a rush, and I'll have to figure out how to get my remaining stuff across the country, costing me hundreds more dollars.
