Jim arrived right on time, was willing to sit and wait for my helpers to arrive, and did a lot of the filling of the U-box with us. He also wrapped items for me with the blankets and made sure everything was packed tightly and appropriately to prevent any movement of items. Jim was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend using him for your moving needs

I rented 3 U-Box containers and hired Jim to deliver and load them. The agreement was that if I ended up using only 2 containers, I would get refunded for the delivery and the loading for the third box from them. Jim and his partner delivered 2 containers and loaded my furniture into them. The move itself went great. I did not end up needing the third container. However, I never got refunded from Jim, which would have been around $300. I called and messaged him but never heard back.
