Maid to Move LLC

Team called 3 hours early. Asking to start then. I told them in the initial conversation that I would not have the until a certain time. Had to rush to set up for them to start. When I arrived to my place with the truck John and the other guy was there waiting. They immediately started their timer and started to..work. They would constantly take their time moving things. I do understand that I was in an upstairs building, but they took an excessive amount of breaks. My wife was with our dogs while this was happening outside in our car and could watch them stop every single time play around with their phones and then when they heard me coming because I was helping they would start to work again. I easily feel like I did half of the job. They also stacked a tower of boxes that were labeled glass and fragile put a wall of heavy stuff around it so I couldn’t get to it to fix the issue. One even would make jokes about if they could have certain items of mine as a tip. Unprofessional.

These guys were INCREDIBLE. Extremely professional, kind, fast, and very pleasant. They had our entire U-Haul loaded within a few hours. Very hard workers, I would highly recommend them and would hands down use them again!
