They stayed on task and unloaded the Uhaul. They were professional, kind, and careful with the boxes. It was an accident, but they put a hole in the wall with my treadmill and now I have to get it fixed. That was my only issue.

Showed up over two hours late, dropped the first thing they brought in denting my fridge. Took breaks after almost every trip down the one flight of steps to the U-Haul. I unloaded a bunch of stuff myself while they were here because they were taking forever each time they went back to the truck and I had stuff to do. I have moved 12 times and used moving services multiple times, this was sub par service for sure.
