Guys were on time. Then the experience went down. 1st question where’s your dolly? reply what do we need those for. Offered mine and half way thru starting using. Have moved same household for the third time with no problems Had one move on 3rd floor with no elevator and team I used did household and storage unit in two hours this move was only household for two bedroom apt 1100 sq ft. As we were getting towards the end of the two hours I asked them to get atleast the few heavy teams that my daughter and my self would not have been able to get. They did then were on their way. I still had a fourth of my stuff in the apt (pictures )They had only left us about 4 ft maybe less to try to get more stuff on Now today my daughter are making trips in my Chevy Colorado to try to get finished up. Guys who unloaded mentioned a lot of wasted space not professional pack job. They unloaded me in 1 hour which is what I told them it would take when I book excuse given elevator, I live floor2

Moving Express was great to work with! The guys unloading even bumped us earlier in their schedule to help us out. Efficient at unloading the truck, and good at working with us to make sure things ended up where we wanted. Would absolutely recommend for your next move!

Timely and hardworking but not open to my suggestions and feedback. Didn’t take direction well, probably would have been different if I was a man. I almost repacked the whole truck but had spent the money, time, and energy so I ended up leaving some items behind but they probably could have fit it all. Sigh.
