It can be difficult to get in touch with them at times. You’ll need to call, leave a voicemail, and wait for them to return your call. The movers were a bit careless with my belongings and dropped a few pieces of furniture.

Pack & Move is awesome! This was my first time using Ubox containers for moving so I was very anxious. But, the manager was very patient with me and communicated clearly with me about the task. They gave me a two-hour window in which the movers would show up and they did! The movers were efficient and loaded my stuff properly onto the containers. Highly recommend!
