When I called a month before my move to confirm everything, it seemed disorganized, and that left me unsettled. Everything went smoothly on the day of the move - they were on time and loading the box was quick. However, the box was not loaded well. When the box arrived for unloading, there were some scratches on some of my furniture because it had not been covered with the pads provided in the box. Overall, the day of the packing went smoothly, but before and after was disappointing.
