Average experience, probably rated higher if Matt hadn’t complained most of the morning .. most customers don’t appreciate being told I should have spent $10 more to get a bigger truck.. that Uhaul had deceived me about the size, I paid for a 17 foot and he said it’s actually 15 feet.. I also ran down the stairs once to see how full it was getting and he yelled at me for not taking a box down the stairs.. lol .. what was I paying him for?

They made themselves available to me via text due to the nature of my job, which was extremely helpful. I never had outside help before nor have I moved furniture before. They even gave me suggestions how to prep my stuff for them to load it in the uhaul. They were also on time, while I was running late. They were very accommodating given the the inconvenience on my part.
