Shawn contacted me prior to arrival, and communication before during and after completing job was excellent. Shawn calmed my nerves and was supportive by explaining how they were going to help with taking things off bookshelves if needed. Shawn and Scott his assistant were careful with packing both U- Boxes. They were efficient and quick. I would use them again. I tipped them in person.
