Their team was very efficient in loading our UHaul and were able to lift all of our furniture with ease, and they were friendly and easy to work with. However, they arrived an hour late, and their team made a few complaints about the number of stairs in the building and stated we would have to assist in order to get the job done in time. The job was finished in half the allotted time with our help. I would have appreciated a little more caution when packing our truck as many things moved and fell during our trip.
