I used to be a mover, so I always have high expectations. Chris was very knowledgeable and worked hard the entire move. They were also very safe with all our belongings. I would hire them again anytime!

The communication on the front end was great and helpful when scheduling. When they arrived at my house for the move, neither guy could communicate well. One was deaf and the other was hard of hearing with a hearing aid. This made it very difficult to explain what items were of top priority (furniture) and what weren't. My family and I ended up moving things multiple times because they wanted certain things to be loaded and wanted it to be in one area not spread out in the rooms they belonged in. By the end they just started throwing things in the truck and there was sooo much extra space. My family and I had to unpack it once they left to fit the things they didn't load to reorganize and fill the empty space between items. They took multiple breaks, acted like they didn't want to be there, and they didn't get everything in the truck even after adding an extra hour. I hired loaders so I didn't have to carry everything and I ended up having to do it anyway at the end unfortunately.

Couldn’t have asked for better assistance than what we received. They arrived a few minutes earlier than expected and got right to work.. everything went smoother than I expected it to and couldn’t have asked for friendlier folks.. very polite, quick and efficient.. and I have to give kudos to them because my sofa was very heavy and they got it done with no issues!! I would recommend them to anyone and we would definitely hire them again!
