These movers were awesome! They agreed to move the items we wanted in 2 hours flat despite getting the items from three locations in our home, and driving with us to our storage unit to then put it so in the storage. They let us know in advance their ETA. They were very careful about the precious furniture we requested be moved. Book them today

I let them know what needed to be moved and what needed to stay (there was someone who would be staying in the apartment after I moved out) but they did not follow directions so they ended up having to go back and take things off of the truck that should have never been put on. This included my tool box which was needed to break down the bed and detach the mirror from one of the dressers. They also didn't bring their own tools. The tool box was one of the first things they packed. They were not able to help me unload everything off the truck because they ran out of time. This means we couldn't get to the tool box to take it back off the truck to break down the furniture so they ended up not being able to move all of the furniture which was the main stuff I needed help moving since I was moving to an apartment in the same complex up three flights of stairs. They also broke my storage cube which was a bit ragged, but still. I wish they would have communicated & followed directions better
