The main person Mario, was professional and a very hard worker. Things happened unexpectedly causing them to be late. There was an issue with one worker not being able to assist on unloading, but Mario was able to contact another person to assist. All in all Mario was good.

There were many points of confusion working with U-haul (who seemed to cause multiple errors in the process), but Mario and the team remained patient and understanding while we worked through it. They also did their best to find a way to just barely fit everything important into one U-box, which potentially saved me a ton for the shipping cost. Would recommend their service.
