I am disappointed with the service I received. I hired two helpers for a three-hour job, but three helpers arrived. did not inform me upon arrival that since they had three, they were only going to work two hours. After two hours eclipsed, they informed me that bringing an extra person balanced out the time and that I would need to purchase more time, which was not what I agreed upon. Additionally, they left the difficult items, washer and dryer, couch, large chair for last. They claimed they couldn’t move furniture with legs up the stairs or through the garage door because the items would not fit through the frame, yet I managed to do it myself without any issues. I specifically paid for assistance with these challenging items, not just the boxes. While thab was responsive and eager to secure the booking, I did not agree to three for only two hours.
