DO NOT HIRE! UNLESS YOU WAND DAMAGE! This IS actually the second time this company has costed me money. They can move furniture very quickly, but will damage your floors and proper guaranteed. If I had known they were the same company I hired previously I would have denied them this time. The first time they moved furniture from my garage to the upper levels of my house they scratched my floors. These planks were brand new and my landlord charged me 200.00 to fix. This time I had to get another set of movers because the previous mover couldnt come when I realized who they were, I told the owner. He pretended not to know what he moved before. I left and left my nephew there and gave them the code over the phone. (Another mistake. ) I got home and more scratches and scuffs. I asked for a refund and the owner said he took pictures and they didnt do it. The new marks were not there before as I showed him and I am sure of it. I have filed a dispute. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Came significantly later than planned. Had arranged for morning, and they came at 2 pm. At least they let me know at about 11 am that they were behind. Cost me a late fee on the truck rental.

The first thing said by one was that he hoped it would be quick as he had plans to go out. Multiple boxes were moved at one time, even after I said it was glass in the mother's attic. Most boxes have been opened, but it appears nothing is broken. One wood dresser was damaged, and it was not there when I loaded it, and it had a blanket on it, but I do not know if it was done on the unloiad.
