I was a little frustrated as the movers asked me if they could push up the moving time which I happily agreed to. I got real-time updates with a 15 minute mark only to be told 30 minutes later that they thought my number was for the customer scheduled before me and they wouldn’t get to me for another 1.5 hours. I was pretty frustrated because I felt like I was left in limbo and could have run other errands with the additional time had I been notified correctly. It also took a lot longer to unload. The crew was 2 people with 2 UBoxes and it took them about 2.5 hrs to unload whereas it took a 3-man crew 45 minutes to load. I think to be more efficient they could have unhitched the first UBox to go pick up the second while the first was being unloaded rather than waiting to fully unload the first to go get the second (if I had to guess it added an extra 30-45 minutes to unloading time). Other than the inconvenience, they were nice and friendly.

The crew was very efficient, I requested them to come earlier than their available time to match my schedule and they accommodated that as well. They moved everything with care and professionalism, nothing was damaged, they made sure to follow my instructions on where to set things. Would hire them again.

I used this company for two separate moving help orders on the same day. This is the review for both. Their communication was excellent and they showed up early. However, the experience wasn't great once they arrived. Pros were they were very efficient at emptying the two apartments and stayed later than anticipated to finish the job. However, they fought amongst themselves and were openly rude toward each other throughout the day. It made for a very awkward dynamic. Additionally, my bed was too large to get through my doorway. I made a suggestion of how to take it apart. The guy who was running the move ignored my suggestions twice and took it apart as he thought was best. The crew broke my bedframe in the process. It was irritating to be ignored, and then even more irritating that his system resulted in my frame breaking. I'd recommend choosing someone else.
