I was actually charged for 4 hours when it only took 2. The mover told me since I requested extra time I would have to pay for the 2 additional hours even though he was done before 2 hours.

Movers went to Starbucks during the moving process. It would have been helpful to know they were going to take a 15 min break in between. But they did stop the clock during the break which was good. A piece of my bedroom furniture broke off. This happens sometimes. I understand. I wish they had given me the piece that broke off so I could have tried to glue it back on. They are good movers. I have used them twice. The first time was phenomenal, but this second time, not so much. They worked hard, and I have to give them credit for that. I should've gotten a bigger truck, but they really know how to pack stuff well, and they did a great job of getting all of my stuff into my new place.

Mr Jones stays on top of communicating with his clients. They actual crew was pretty decent except for an incident where they convinced us to back the U-Haul up to the house and ground guided us into the roof. Risky decision and poor judgement. They worked hard tho!
