I booked very last minute 8am and they were at the job within the hour and did a great job. Customer service was great compared to other moving help I have used, really appreciate their availability, quick response, and followed through with what they agreed to. I appreciate the help.

One of the movers broke my 260.00 mirror. The owner of the company, Jaylan Bruce, promised me that he would pay for the mirror and to give him to the next day. When I text him today, he did not respond. When I tried to call, he had blocked my number. When he broke the mirror he told me not to let the insurance get involved and that he promise to pay and that he is a man of his word. He even had me send him pictures of the mirror. He knew he had no intentions on paying for it and that is very bad business to promise something knowing you will not follow through. I will take the appropriate steps to make sure this is rectified and have uhaul take his business off of the site. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. Do not use these guys, because if they break something, they do not care. I do not have 260.00 to replace the mirror that went with my bed. Jaylan is a very dishonest person and he will never get ahead in life being a liar

I would recommend this company and we will be using them again in the future. They went above and beyond and did not stop until the job was completed. They were even able to accommodate a later start time, due to having to pick up the truck later.
