We were scheduled for 1pm. Nobody arrived. I called them at 1,20; they said they thought we were scheduled for 1,30. So I waited. They finally arrived at 2,35. When they got to my house, the two movers were very slow. If I'm paying someone by the hour, I expect them to be prompt, efficient, and have a sense of urgency. My husband and I had unloaded half the uhaul by the time they arrived (an hour and a half late). If we hadn't, they wouldn't have unloaded in 2 hours. The guys were lovely, and had great personalities and were very nice people. Unfortunately, that's not enough for business. Overall, I'd give the service 2 or 3 stars.
