The guys were great - very communicative, efficient, polite. They fit everything in 1 box & coached me to make sure I got a refund for the 2nd box. I would never use a different service. So easy & affordable!

The U-box was packed so poorly that a majority of my few items were scraped or broken. I only had enough items to fill half of the box, but this was too much and was packed so haphazardly that the bed frame guillotined my wrist when opening the unit. My stools were scrubbed and chipped, damaging the legs and cushions, and a majority of my boxes were actually crushed. Again, I only had enough items to fill half of a Ubox and zero furniture pads were used. Legitimately a horrible experience when moving halfway across the country (PA to TX) and to have paid $200 for their service was egregious.
