There was a failure on the part of both movers to listen to our requests and instructions. Therefore, they packed the truck the way they wanted to with disregard to our requests, which didn't fully utilize the truck we had. In addition, they were careless with our wardrobe boxes by sliding them down the stairs upside down. One of the boxes was damaged beyond use. We had 48 furniture pads and they failed to see a need to use any of them which allowed some damage to items and our need to go back and rearrange and cover items.

The guys did great once they got here. They were running late but it happens. I tried texting but didn’t receive a response until this morning. But he did relay they were running behind. Overall not a bad experience. Although our table got scratched up on the legs pretty good and a door to our entertainment center got broken.
