Tariq loaded my truck on 12.18, and he didn't know what he was doing. I divided my relocation up in 2 travel days, when I tried to open the back of the truck up that evening, it would not open because everything was packed wrong and all shifted back jamming the back door. Luckily a passer by helps me by using a car jack and crowbar to pry it open which took over an hour. When it did open several things dropped out and couldn't be put back on the truck. I had to leave those things at a friend's house 3 hours away from where I live. When I did arrive at my new house the movers had a hard time unpacking because many of my pieces of furniture and lamps were all broken up and they had to carefully move things so nothing else broke. I had to pay for them an extra 2 hours to unload the truck. Two days later I had to rent a van from Maryland Uhaul to pick up my things at my friend's house in NJ that couldn't go back on the truck. Btw the Uhaul van, the movers, gas, & tolls it cost me $600!

Ordered 2 workers for 3 hours. Instead, 3 workers showed up for 2 hours. Was actually a great move because we were expecting rain and everything was loaded before the first drop of rain. Arrived exactly at the time they were scheduled. Very personable. Very efficient. We ordered the loading service because many of the items were too heavy for us. They moved them as if they weighed almost nothing....very strong men. Packed with precision and efficiency. Even leaving us with room in the UHaul boxes to add more items which we greatly appreciated.
