Truly happy with the moving services provided by Transit Tales! Sam immediately reached out to me after I Booked to confirm the details. They moved 2 uboxes to a storage facility for me and we're careful with all the boxes and furniture. I was impressed they were able to stack and fit everything into the small storage unit, including a sofa set. They were friendly, efficient and organized. Highly recommend!!

I had a disappointing experience with this moving company. Despite confirming the arrival time in advance, they showed up 3.5 hours late, which resulted in me losing the service elevator reservations at both locations. The team worked slowly, and it felt like they were deliberately stretching out the time. Although they were careful with glass items, my bedroom furniture wasn’t as lucky - some pieces were chipped and scratched, and one dresser leg even broke. I was asked to pay for an extra hour because they went over by 13 minutes, although the move could have been completed in less time if they had arrived punctually and worked efficiently. Even after paying for the additional hour, they still didn't complete the move as agreed. I wouldn’t recommend this service.

Movers were very efficient and communicative. They checked with us that items went to the correct rooms and handled all items with care. Best to book in advance to allow them time to get to the location (we booked late resulting in inevitable travel delays). Overall great experience

Communication wise were great. The unprofessionalism was because of the problem they encountered that we had booked a U-container and it wasn’t available with U-Haul so they were late because of that and only 1 person came for the pickup. At delivery they were efficient and on time and unloaded everything within 15-20 minutes. All in all a good experience.
