Two movers arrived, one of whom was a woman who unfortunately wasn’t able to lift the heavier items, which left the other mover struggling to manage on his own. Because I also have knee pain, I ended up having to carry some of the heavy pieces myself. I would advise against assigning her to moves that require handling large or heavy items, as her slow pace and difficulty moving things led to wear-and-tear damage. She could benefit from additional training on how to properly handle furniture and belongings, since damaged items can’t be repaired. I’m writing this review so management is aware, as the situation made both loading and unloading far more stressful than it should have been.

The two gentlemen, led by Philip, came and unloaded my U-Haul 4x8 trailer on Thanksgiving Day. Circumstances beyond their control delayed them, but they communicated with me throughout to keep me updated on their arrival. They carefully hauled the totes and boxes up three floors and placed them down with care and respect for my belongings. Quick and efficient, they completed the entire unloading process in minutes instead of hours.

Received big help from Philip, Jay, Elijah, and DJ. Philip was the lead very nice person. Handled all option without any issues. Whole team were very hard working and supportive. 3 hours they did during day and to finish up remaining they came in night as they promised and they changed very reasonable amount they deserve it. No issues at all throughout the entire loading operation. If I have to choose I will call same team. I suggest everyone to get their help for smooth and tension free operation. Finally good job, honest, team!
