While it was nice to have help unloading my truck after a cross country move, I would have chosen a different company if I could go back. They were great at the unload portion, but some miscommunication between them and my mother resulted in her giving them $260 in cash because she thought they hadn’t been paid yet. Rather than clarify, they took the money and thought that it was a tip. I called them and informed them that $60 was the intended tip amount. When they returned, they gave me $100 back and said that they were only given $160. We’ve checked our money and they were indeed given $260. Very disappointed!
