The two young men who came did a great job packing my UBoxes. They were efficient and took care to protect my furniture and house while loading. I especially appreciated their willingness and ability to change the date and time of the load.

Things just didn’t get done. I might have to do two or three more trips in my personal car to get everything out of my apartment. There were some things that I wasn’t going to put in boxes and those just got ignored. I didn’t realize they left my ironing board until I got back to my place, so now I have to throw it out because it won’t fit in my car. I set it out specifically for them to move. My last movers helped me get some of the things that weren’t in boxes, and checked to make sure that we had it all out, but these guys didn’t seem to care much. There are packed boxes still sitting in my apartment. It’s super frustrating to pay so much to have service that wasn’t as great as what I got from paying half as much.
